Shipping & Orders
When will my order ship out? Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 5 business days. Upper receivers may take up to 15 business days to ship out. Serialized items (firearms, lower receivers, etc.) may take 7-10 business days to ship out; please verify that FGA has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it. Feel free to reach out to our Customer Service Team if your order has passed the shipping time above, and they will investigate the hold up.
Can i swap or change an item after i placed the order? tUnfortunately, no we cannot change or adjust an order after its been placed. We are more than happy to help cancel your original order and get you start on a new updated order. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Can i combine my orders together? Unfortunately, no we are unable to combine your orders.
Can i get accessories i purchased from you guys be mounted before the item ships? Yes, we are happy to install any parts you would like. Make sure to check the box that says "Gunsmithing" and one of your gunsmiths will reach out to help plan your build and discuss pricing.
